This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information, and governs your interactions with us, whether you visit our website, use our app, submit forms or shop in-store. We may revise it to reflect changes in our operations or legal obligations under Puerto Rico and U.S. law; updates will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Information we collect

Information you provide to us

• Your name, email address and phone number when you use our website contact form (for questions, fittings, lessons or event updates) or when you contact us in person or by phone.
• The topic and message you write in the form, and any preferences or feedback you share with us.
• Payment information (card number, expiration date and security code) is collected only during in-store purchases and is processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not sell online, so no payment information is collected through our website or app.

Information collected automatically

• Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages requested and the date and time, to keep the site secure and working.
• Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Information from third parties

• We may receive information from service providers that help us run the business, such as partners that process in-store payments. We do not buy consumer data for marketing.

How we use your information

• To provide services: in-store purchases, fittings, lessons, repairs, reservations and answers to your questions.
• To communicate with you: confirmations, receipts, service updates, store hours or weather-related closures, and replies to your messages.
• For marketing and promotions, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
• To improve our services, based on feedback and how our website is used.
• For legal and compliance purposes, such as keeping transaction records for tax and audit requirements under Puerto Rico and U.S. law.

How we share your information

• With service providers that help us operate (payment processors, our website host and IT support), who must protect your data and keep it confidential.

Cookies, maps and the app

• Our website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.
• Some pages show an embedded Google Map and use Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
• Our videos are hosted on YouTube. A video player only loads when you click a video, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's privacy policy then applies.
• If you install our website as an app on your phone, it saves copies of pages and images on your device so it can open quickly and show a basic page without internet. You can remove them by uninstalling the app or clearing site data in your browser.

Your choices and rights

• Access and update: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it. We respond within 30 days.
• Delete: ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law (for example, tax records). We process requests within 30 days.
• Opt out of marketing at any time; this does not affect service-related messages.
• Restrict or object to how we use your information, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful use.

Third-party links

• Our website links to other sites (for example Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

Children's privacy

• We do not target children under 13 and do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we will delete it, as required by laws such as COPPA. Parents or guardians can contact us with any concern.

• If you are outside Puerto Rico, your information is processed in the United States under Puerto Rico and federal law, which may differ from the laws where you live.

Terms of Service

Using our services

• Our website and app provide information, let you contact us and request reservations, and support communication. We do not sell online: all transactions happen at our physical store.
• You must be 19 or older under Puerto Rico law to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.
• Illegal activity, fraud, hacking attempts or introducing malware are prohibited and may result in suspension of access.

Sales and store policies

• Product availability and prices may change without notice according to stock.
• Reservations for services can be made through our website or in person, subject to availability. Payments are processed only at our store with accepted methods; credit cards may require identity and bank verification.
• Reservation cancellations require 48 hours' notice by email or phone to avoid fees.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days with receipt for unused items in their original packaging, excluding used or customized products. Manufacturer warranties apply where relevant.

Intellectual property

• Our website content, including text, logos and images, is owned by Río Bayamón Golf Course & Superstore or its licensors and is protected by Puerto Rico and U.S. law. You may access it for personal use; copying, distributing or modifying it without permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using or being unable to use our services. Our website and app are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond what the law requires. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted access and may correct errors without notice.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Puerto Rico.

Additional provisions

• Events beyond our control (such as natural disasters) excuse delays. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. Feedback you give us may be used without compensation. Updates take effect when posted.
